Main application:
This machine is mainly used in pharmaceutical industry and also the chemical, food, electronic, plastic and metallurgical industries.

It uses the relative motion between movable and fixed teeth disc, the raw materials would be crushed undertakes the comprehensive actions such as impacted by teeth, friction, impacted between raw materials, finally the raw materials to be crushed. Its features are simple and solid in structure, stable in operation, high I crushed efficiency. Operating principle:

1. When this machine works, the movable and fixed gear plates move relative at high speed. The material would be crushed under the combined action of gear impact and friction.
2. This crushing machine is simple in structure, firm, stable in operation and good in crushing effect.
3. The pulverized material can be directly discharged from the main grinding cavity. By changing mesh screens with different apertures, the thickness of the crushed material can be controlled.
4. Furthermore, this machine is fully made of stainless steel. The inner wall of the shell is all processed to a smooth surface. It solved the problems of internal roughness and powder accumulation in the previous machine models, and it makes production more in line with GMP standards.
