Servo Type One with One Automatic Outer Ear Face Mask Production Line consists of 1 set of face mask making machine, and 1 set of face mask outer ear loop welding machine.
Servo Type One with One Automatic Outer Ear Face Mask Production Line is one outer ear face mask body making machine connected by one outer ear mask ear loop welding machine. When the mask body is made, the transmission belt will convey the mask to the outer ear loop welding machine for the welding of the outer ear loop. The automatic production mainly includes coil feeding, folding and pressing, nose bridge bar cutting, mask forming, mask cutting, outer ear loop feeding and welding, and finished product unloading to complete the whole production process from raw materials to finished masks. The mask has the advantages of comfortable wearing, no pressure and good filtering effect. It can be applied to medical and health, electronics, mining, construction and other industries.

The face mask body forming machine includes coil material automatic feeding system, folding forming system and side knurling system. The mask body forming machine has the function of coil material automatic feeding, integration of multi-layer fabric,compress the fabric after folding, side knurling of face mask and cutting.
