Main application:

The machine is used to press various granular raw materials into round tablets. It is a fundamental machine suitable for batch production. It adapts a double pressing type structure with two sets of feeders and two sets of pressing wheels. The turret can be installed with 33 sets of punches to make 66 tablets after each revolution of the turret rotation. During tablet pressing, the turret speed, material filling depth and tablet thickness are all adjustable. The mechanical buffering device on the machine can avoid damage to the machine due to overload. The machine is provided with a powder suction box, which can suck powder produced during the pressing process. It sucks the powder in the nozzle and avoid bonding and blocking, and the collects materials that can be reused.
