DPP-160A tablet aluminum-plastic blister packaging machine is an automatic packaging equipment used to pack tablets, capsules and other medicines into aluminum-plastic blisters. This packaging method can provide good moisture-proof, anti-oxidation and anti-damage protection, which is conducive to the storage and transportation of medicines and convenient for patients to carry and take.

Product features 

1.Quick mold change, only 15 minutes to change mold.

2.Pulling length can be adjusted. Mold is fixed by located groove so that it's easy to change mold. The machine heats the PVC through heated board and forms by compressed air frothing.

3.Speed is controlled by invert. It Adopts the interface of human-machine and PLC controller. Adopt universal feeder for feeding.

4.With automatic feeder, we can design the mould and feeder according to customer’s requirement.

5.The machine gets the function for Easy Cutting line embossing, batch number embossing and wasted packaging material rewinding.

6.Step motor is adopted on the machine for precise controlling on pulling length and saving packing material.

7.The heating molds will automatically separate when the machine stops, which contributes to protect the packing material from heated mould.
